WEEKLY ONLINE CLASSES
YIN & SOMA
​My weekly Yin & Soma Classes are the perfect combination of yin yoga paired with somatic practices, breathwork & meditation.

Because I know that yin yoga feels even better and we can better sink into its stillness when moving the body beforehand and using specific practices for our nervous system and body work to deal with the current state we're in.

You can expect a part of class to be filled with somatic practices (anything from exercises to regulate your nervous system like shaking, self touch, tapping, acupressure, moving meditation or embodiment practices such as specific poses to embody a certain quality) followed by yin yoga to help you find into stillness and release and let go. The breath will accompany us through class and every class includes breathwork practices and meditation.

For more inner balance and a regulated nervous system, better embodiment and a better connection to your own body.

The classes take place on different days during the week, always from 6.30 - 7.45 pm CET, online via Zoom.
I will alternate between German and English, the English classes take place about once per month. The language of the respective class can be seen in the course schedule below (click through to find the next session in English!).
The recording of the class will be sent to you afterwards (you have access to it for four days). Great if you can't make it live!​​

Single Class: 14€
5 Class Pass: 63€
(you can chose between the two in the booking form and chose your dates there. The 5 Class Pass let's you chose the dates that work for you, both English and German is included and it's valid for 4 months.)
